A few tips I want to share with everyone

Go for a walk

Eat healthy well-balanced meals

Avoid Alcohol and drugs

Make time to unwind

Aromatherapy

Journaling (like how I do with this blog)

Listen to smoothing music

Sing, Laugh, Dance (Like no one’s watching)

Connect with friends

Learn to just say NO

Mindfulness and meditation

Yoga and Tai Chi

Serve others

Reduce Caffeine intake
